Hi, I’m Maria,
Healthy lifestyle is a way of life for me and it naturally led me to Pilates and Yoga. I’m a Pilates and Yoga teacher for 9 years now, and during the practices I realized that the combination between Yoga and Pilates gives an incredible feeling for my body. In YOGALATES I combine Vinyasa Flow and classical Pilates techniques, which for me is the perfect way of keeping inner balance and a lean, strong body.
